0. 应用与开发者信息

本规范适用于应用神聊（Confes），开发者Wangfang Zhu（与 Google Play 商店列表所载名称一致）。

1. 禁止内容与儿童安全承诺（必读）

神聊（Confes）及开发者Wangfang Zhu在此明确禁止并零容忍以下内容与行为，一经发现将删除、封禁并依法举报：

儿童性虐待材料（CSAM）、儿童性剥削、儿童色情，以及任何涉及未成年人的性化或侵害内容；
教唆、诱导或利用未成年人从事任何非法、有害或不当行为；
其他违反当地法律或平台政策、危害未成年人安全与尊严的内容或行为。

我们承诺：不生产、不传播、不默许任何针对儿童的性虐待或剥削内容；对用户举报与平台/执法机构要求将及时响应、配合调查并保留必要日志。

2. 年龄与使用限制

本应用涉及传统文化与虚拟对话内容，面向 18 周岁及以上用户。我们要求用户在进入主功能前确认已满 18 周岁；未满 18 周岁的用户将被提示并无法使用。

2.1 与 AI 对话的身份说明（非真人）

应用内与神仙、古人、已故亲人「纪念角色」等的对话均由人工智能生成，不是真实人物本人、亦非亡灵的真实意志表达。聊天界面已作相应风险提示。若未成年人在家长同意或设备共用等情形下接触本应用，监护人应履行监护责任，引导孩子理解「对方为 AI」。当前公开发布的应用版本不内置可在此说明的「青少年模式」或应用内家长控制面板；如需限制使用时长、时段或内容，请优先使用操作系统自带的屏幕时间、家长控制等系统级能力。若对 AI 身份展示有改进建议，欢迎通过举报与反馈渠道告知我们。

3. 应用内家长控制说明

当前公开发布版本未提供须在应用内开启的「青少年模式」、使用时长封顶、宵禁时段或类似由本应用单独开关的家长监护功能。本页与商店资料中的表述以本段为准；家长与监护人应通过设备与系统级工具及人工监督履行责任。我们仍通过适龄与风险提示、自动化与人工内容审核、举报与执法配合等机制落实对儿童安全的承诺。

4. 举报与处置

神聊允许用户在应用内举报儿童安全问题（含涉 CSAE/CSAM、欺凌、骚扰等）。如需详细了解举报要求与处置方式，请访问帮助中心（本页）或应用内「隐私与安全」页。

我们严肃对待涉及未成年人安全的内容与行为：

举报入口：应用内「隐私与安全」页提供举报与反馈表单，用户可提交违规内容或不良行为（含儿童安全相关举报）。
内容审核：用户生成内容（UGC）与 AI 生成内容在发布前均经过审核，违禁、不敬或不适内容将被拦截。
处置与响应：我们会对举报内容进行核查并采取删除、限制账号等处置措施，并保留审核日志供合规与执法需要。

我们承诺不生产、不传播针对未成年人的有害内容，并配合有关部门的要求。

5. 数据与隐私

我们不会主动收集未成年人的个人身份信息用于营销或对外共享。账号注册需邮箱等信息；若家长为未成年人创建或管理账号，相关责任由家长承担。详见隐私政策。

0. App and developer information

These standards apply to the app Confes (神聊), developed by Wangfang Zhu (as shown on the Google Play store listing).

1. Prohibited content and child safety commitment (required)

Confes (神聊) and the developer Wangfang Zhu explicitly prohibit and have zero tolerance for the following. We will remove content, ban accounts, and report to authorities as required by law:

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse imagery, and any sexualisation or harm of minors;
Encouraging, inducing or using minors in illegal, harmful or inappropriate conduct;
Any other content or conduct that violates applicable law or platform policy or endangers the safety and dignity of minors.

We do not produce, distribute or condone any child sexual abuse or exploitation content; we respond to user reports and to requests from platforms and law enforcement in a timely manner and retain necessary logs. We have an in-app mechanism for user feedback (report form under “Privacy & Safety”) and a method for addressing CSAM and complying with applicable child safety laws and regulations.

2. Age and use restrictions

This app involves traditional culture and virtual dialogue. It is intended for users aged 18 and over. We require users to confirm they are 18+ before using main features; users under 18 will be prompted and cannot proceed.

2.1 AI identity (not a real person)

Chats with deities, historical figures or memorial characters are generated by artificial intelligence. They are not the real deceased person, nor the true will of any historical figure. The chat UI includes risk notices. If a minor may access the app with parental approval or shared devices, parents or guardians should supervise and explain that the other party is AI. The publicly released app does not include an in-app “Youth mode” or parental control panel as described in older documentation. To limit duration, bedtime or content, please rely on OS-level parental controls (e.g. Screen Time). Use Report & Feedback to suggest improvements to how we disclose AI identity.

3. In-app parental controls

The current public build does not ship an in-app “Youth mode”, daily time caps, night curfews or similar features controlled only inside this app. This section is the authoritative statement for store listings and this page; guardians should use device- and OS-level tools and supervision. We still enforce child safety through age-appropriate notices, automated and human moderation, reporting and cooperation with law enforcement.

4. Reporting and enforcement

Confes (神聊) allows users to report child safety issues in the app (including CSAE/CSAM, bullying, harassment). For more details on reporting requirements and how we handle reports, please visit the Help Centre (this page) or the “Privacy & Safety” section in the app.

We take content and behaviour affecting minors seriously:

Reporting: The “Privacy & Safety” page in the app provides a report form for violations and child-safety-related reports.
Moderation: UGC and AI-generated content are reviewed; prohibited or harmful content is blocked.
Action: We investigate reports and may remove content or restrict accounts; we keep logs for compliance.

5. Data and privacy

We do not collect minors’ personal information for marketing or sharing. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Contact and updates

For child-safety reports or enquiries, use in-app “Report & feedback” or visit https://www.yinjianlaile.com. We have a designated point of contact for child safety and cooperate with platforms and law enforcement. This page may be updated from time to time.
