「神聊」是一款娱乐/文化类应用,提供与虚拟角色(神仙、帝王将相等)的文字与图片聊天,以及纪念相册功能。我们重视您的隐私。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用与保护您的信息。

大语言模型(子处理者):为实现 AI 对话与相关自动化能力,我们可能将必要的对话文本片段发送至境外第三方大语言模型 API(当前技术实现主要为 DeepSeek,供应商可能调整,以本页更新为准)。默认不向该 API 传输您上传的逝者照片文件本身;照片主要存储于我方服务器用于展示与纪念功能。请您同时查阅供应商公示的隐私政策(例如 DeepSeek 官网,具体链接以供应商为准)。您可向本平台行使查阅、更正、删除与注销等权利;对第三方处理有疑问的,我们将依法协助说明。

6. 未成年人保护专项(Minors Protection)

本应用(神聊)严格遵守《儿童在线隐私保护法》(COPPA) 及全球适用的儿童安全法规。我们不会故意收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。若我们发现账户持有人为未成年人,我们将立即终止服务并删除相关数据。若因服务需要涉及未成年人数据,将依法征得家长同意。

我们明确禁止儿童性虐待材料(CSAM)、儿童性剥削、儿童色情及任何危害未成年人的内容。我们利用内容审核技术(API)及人工审核机制,主动过滤、移除涉及儿童性剥削与虐待(CSAE)的内容。应用内提供举报用户、举报内容(消息/图片/视频)的入口,举报类型包含「未成年人性剥削材料/儿童安全」、违规内容、骚扰/欺凌等下拉选项,我们会审核、处理(警告、拉黑、封号)并配合平台与执法机构。

7. AI 工具使用声明(AI Tools Disclosure)

本应用可能使用人工智能(AI)技术辅助消息处理、推荐或翻译。AI 处理仅用于优化用户体验,我们不会将用户的私人聊天内容用于 AI 模型训练,并采取加密措施保护数据隐私。

8. 用户数据与追踪(App Tracking Transparency)

我们尊重用户隐私选择。在应用内启动时,我们会遵循 App Tracking Transparency (ATT) 框架,请求用户授权以追踪其行为数据。用户有权拒绝授权,拒绝后我们将不会收集设备标识符用于广告投放。本应用当前未接入第三方广告 SDK。

服务器上的聊天与上传内容按服务需要保留。您可在应用内移除纪念角色头像照片删除您在群聊中发送的本人消息,亦可使用账号相关功能或联系我们注销账号。收到有效的注销或删除请求后,我们将在合理期限内完成处理(通常为七个工作日内完成服务器端删除或匿名化,法律法规要求保留的除外)。本地缓存可随卸载或清除应用数据而删除。

在同意应用内免责声明后,部分安装包会提供以游客身份继续的选项,便于您在不立刻注册的情况下体验预设角色对话、先人纪念、有事烧纸等与账号无强绑定的核心能力;与服务端交互所产生的数据仍按本政策处理。添加好友、跨设备以账号同步数据等能力需注册并登录后方可使用。

“Yinjian Laile” is an entertainment and culture app for text and image chat with virtual characters and a memorial album. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

We do not collect device identifiers (e.g. IMEI, MAC), precise location, contacts, SMS or call logs; we do not use ad or tracking SDKs; we do not use your chat or photos to train public models or sell them.

We use our own backend (yinjianlaile.com) and do not use ad or analytics SDKs. On iOS we offer Sign in with Apple; Apple handles authentication and we only receive the account-linking data described above. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and we take reasonable measures to protect stored data.

Large language model (sub-processor): To provide AI chat and related automation, we may send necessary portions of conversation text to a third-party LLM API hosted outside your country (currently implemented primarily with DeepSeek; the vendor may change and this page will be updated). By default we do not send uploaded memorial photos as image files to that API; photos are mainly stored on our servers for display and memorial features. Please also read the vendor’s privacy policy (e.g. DeepSeek as published on their site). You may exercise access, correction, deletion and account closure with us; we will assist as required by law regarding third-party processing.

6. Minors Protection

This app (Confes) strictly complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable child safety laws globally. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we find that an account holder is a minor, we will terminate the service and delete related data. Where the service involves minors’ data we will obtain parental consent as required by law.

We explicitly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse imagery and any content that harms minors. We use content moderation (API) and human review to proactively filter and remove content involving child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE). The app provides in-app report user and report content (messages/images/videos) with report type options including "Child Sexual Abuse Material / child safety", violation, harassment/bullying and other; we review, take action (warning, block, ban) and cooperate with platforms and law enforcement.

7. AI Tools Disclosure

This app may use artificial intelligence (AI) to assist with message processing, recommendations or translation. AI is used only to improve user experience. We do not use your private chat content to train AI models and we use encryption to protect data privacy.

8. App Tracking Transparency

We respect your privacy choices. When the app launches, we follow the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and may request your authorization to track activity. You may deny authorization; if denied, we will not collect device identifiers for advertising. This app does not currently use third-party ad SDKs.

9. Retention and Deletion

Chat and uploaded content on our servers are retained as needed for the service. In the app you may remove a memorial profile photo and delete messages you sent in group chat. You may also close your account via account features or by contacting us. After a valid request, we will complete deletion or anonymisation within a reasonable period (typically within seven business days), except where the law requires retention. Local cache can be removed by uninstalling or clearing app data.

10. Guest sessions and registered accounts

After you accept the in-app disclaimer, some builds may offer Continue as guest so you can use core features such as preset character chats, memorial content and treasury burn-offerings without signing up immediately; data from those sessions is handled under this policy. Features such as adding friends and signed-in cross-device sync require a registered account and sign-in.

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes may be notified in-app or via your registered contact. Continued use after notice may constitute acceptance where permitted by law. Regional add-on (GDPR / California CCPA): If you are in the European Economic Area, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and complaint to a supervisory authority. If you are in California, you may request categories of personal information collected and request deletion. We do not sell your personal information as defined by the CCPA. To exercise these rights, use the contact methods above. If a Data Protection Officer (DPO) is required for EU operations, we will add their contact details on this page.
