This platform is set in traditional culture and remembrance of the deceased. All speech must show respect for elders, the deceased, and virtual characters (deities, emperors, etc.). No abuse, curses, belittling or provocation is allowed.

2. Rules

• Respect elders and the deceased: When referring to grandparents, ancestors or the deceased, use respectful and dignified language. Do not insult, curse or belittle.
• Respect virtual characters: Deities, emperors and historical figures represent cultural figures. Do not use disrespectful or abusive language toward them.
• No abuse or curses: Do not use abusive, curse or attack language toward any person, character or the deceased.
• No provocation or belittling: Do not use provocative or belittling phrases toward characters or others.

3. Enforcement

Content is moderated. If your message violates these rules, it will not be sent and you will be asked to follow the platform speech rules. Repeated or serious violations may lead to account restriction or suspension.

4. UGC and complaints

Text and images you submit are user-generated content. You must also comply with applicable local laws: no extremist, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, privacy-invading or otherwise unlawful content. We combine automated checks with human review; we may block or delete content and restrict or close accounts. Report infringement or violations via in-app “Report & feedback” or our website. We aim to start review within a reasonable time (typically within 24 hours) and will update you on progress; complex cases may take longer.

5. Recommended tone

When chatting with ancestors, deities or emperors, use polite and dignified language; in memorial or tribute contexts, use wording that fits traditional cultural norms.
