使用神聊应用及服务即表示您同意本服务条款与用户协议。若不同意，请勿使用本服务。
神聊提供传统文化与纪念先人场景下的人工智能虚拟对话、群组聊天、纪念角色（含上传照片生成形象）、有事烧纸等功能。对话与回复由技术系统生成，服务内容与可用性以实际提供为准；因维护、网络或第三方服务等原因导致的中断，在法律允许范围内平台不承担责任。
在满足平台与当前安装包设计的前提下，您可在同意免责声明后选择以游客身份使用部分核心功能（如预设角色对话、先人纪念、有事烧纸等）。添加好友、依赖登录态的群组与数据同步等能力需注册账号并登录。游客与正式账号的数据关系、入口是否展示等以应用内说明及隐私政策为准。
您应遵守平台发言规则，对长辈与角色保持敬畏；不得发布违法违规、侵权或违反公序良俗的内容。您不得上传非逝者的他人照片、他人隐私信息，不得上传色情、暴力、恐怖、违法等内容；否则我们有权删除内容、限制功能或封禁账号。
您上传的照片、文字等内容的权利归您或合法权利人所有。为向您提供本服务，您授予平台有限的、非独占的、可撤销的许可，用于存储、在应用内展示及生成 AI 对话上下文。平台不会将您的纪念内容用于与本服务无关的商业化目的。您可随时在应用内移除纪念头像或按隐私政策删除相关内容。
应用中与古人、神仙、已故亲人纪念角色或其他虚拟形象的对话均为人工智能生成，不代表任何真实自然人的意志、遗愿或真实言论，仅供文化与情感寄托参考。因模型局限，内容可能不准确、不完整或令您不适；除法律另有强制性规定外，平台不就 AI 生成内容的语义真实性承担法律责任。请您理性使用并在界面提示处注意「AI 生成」说明。

By using the Yinjian Laile app and services, you agree to these Terms of Service and User Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Yinjian Laile provides AI-powered virtual dialogue, group chat, memorial profiles (including optional photo upload), and related features in a traditional culture setting. Replies are generated by software; availability is as provided. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outages due to maintenance, networks or third-party services.
Depending on the platform and the build you install, after accepting the disclaimer you may be able to continue as a guest for some core features (e.g. preset chats, memorials, treasury burn-offerings). Adding friends, group features that require sign-in, and account-based sync need a registered account and log-in. How guest data works and whether a guest option is shown follow the in-app copy and our Privacy Policy.
You must comply with our speech rules and community guidelines. Do not post illegal, infringing, or harmful content. You must not upload photos of living third parties as if they were deceased, or others’ private information, or sexual, violent, terrorist or unlawful material. We may delete content, restrict features or ban accounts.
You retain rights in photos and text you upload, subject to third-party rights. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to store, display in the app and use as context for AI chat. We do not use your memorial content for unrelated commercial purposes. You may remove memorial photos or delete content as described in the Privacy Policy.
Dialogue with historical, deity or memorial characters is generated by AI and does not represent the will, last words or real statements of any real person. Content may be inaccurate or upsetting. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, we are not liable for the substantive truth of AI output. Please follow in-app notices that content is AI-generated.
