• Forgot password?: Open Forgot password, then reset at Reset password using your email link/token.
• One email with multiple accounts?: Enter both registered name and email to match the correct account.
• No reset email received?: Check spam/junk folders, verify email input, and retry.
• Cannot add friends or send messages?: Confirm sign-in status, network connectivity, and app version update.
• Character list/avatar not updated?: Pull to refresh first. If the issue remains, send screenshot + app version to support.
• No app notifications?: Enable system notification permission and allow background activity for the app.
• Crash or lag?: Update to latest version and restart the device; contact support if it still happens.
