- 同邮箱有多个账号时如何重置?:请在忘记密码页同时填写注册姓名与邮箱,以匹配唯一账号。
- 为什么收不到重置邮件?:请先检查垃圾箱;并确认邮箱填写无误、网络正常,再重试一次。
- 无法添加好友/发送消息?:请确认已登录、网络可用,并升级到最新版本。
- 角色列表/头像显示异常?:请先下拉刷新;仍异常可在邮件中附截图和版本号联系我们。
- 通知收不到?:请打开系统通知权限,并确保应用未被系统限制后台活动。
